Hey! I'm Jose, a Technology Specialist, Designer, and a Problem Solver. I've been using technology since 15 years old and working through its nuances along the way. It has been an exciting journey that was inspired by a childhood dream and momentous event in my life...

Designs made with Passion

As a kid growing up, I had this dream to become a video game developer. I wanted to design the best video game experience. Fast forward a few years, when I earned my first computer, I was excited! As I was unpacking the box and putting together the components, and finally power on the computer, viola magic! Fast forward three days later, I was experiencing back to back issues that barely made it functional before I lost my mind!

I was frustrated; that moment became a catalyst towards a career where "I'll advocate for the user." Technology is a way of life for many, and the last thing we need is hitting a stumbling roadblock when something goes wrong. In my journeys and collective experiences has provided incredible insight and wisdom to provide a better user experience.
